Indiloom allows a return only in the following conditions:
  • Returns are not accepted as required assistance is provided prior to the purchase being made. It will only be accepted in case of dispatch of an incorrect item. Every product that is dispatched is quality checked and then approved for shipping.
  • Clearly defective/damaged product or if you have received the wrong product.
  • When the product does not match with the image shown in terms of color/fabric/quality/design as shown on the website.  
  • Damages that occurred due to improper product usage and care can be voidable as per Indiloom's return policy.
  • All the discounted sale items brought with a coupon, and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
  • The return request should be raised within 2 days of receiving the product and should return within 7(working) days by contacting our customer care support. We will not entertain returns any later than 7(working) days after delivering the product.
  • To return an order, the Customer must raise the request by contacting our customer care support at +91-6289 360 276 or write to us at customer.care@indiloom.com explaining the issue along with an image of the product.
  • After the acceptance of the return request, the customer must immediately courier the product to the designated address with standard courier services.
  • ​​The product must be in its original unused condition and sent along with the original bill and tags intact.
  • Replacement and Return of the products are subject to inspection and keen checking by Indiloom's assigned quality checking team to ensure the issues raised by customers.
  • On the packaging of the product, the customer must mention details such as his/her name, order number, contact number on the top. The original bill/invoice should be included with the product while sending it to Indiloom through a designated courier. Indiloom will not be responsible for any lost shipment from the customer side.
  • Please note that the Customer must furnish proof of purchase such as shipping invoice, the gift receipt, or member purchase history while returning the product despite any conditions.

Incorrect/Damaged/Faulty Product
  • If the customer receives an Incorrect, Damaged, or Faulty product in the package from Indiloom then they are advised to click a picture of that package with the original bill/invoice and send it to customer support or via email.
  • If the packaging appears damaged or tampered with, or it is in an unsealed condition then customers are advised not to accept the package. They must immediately get in touch with the customer support executive at Indiloom +91-6289 360 276 or write to us at customer.care@indiloom.com.

Specifications/Color/Work and Description
  • Colors tend to be perceived differently depending on factors such as shot angles, lighting, background tones, and color temperatures. As a result, prints, work, and colors may vary 5% -10%. Nevertheless, we strive to match the tones as close to the original product colors as possible.
  • In the artful process of work and stitching, variations are likely to come into existence. These irregularities are the hallmark of all handmade products and give each style a unique identity.
  •  Any such request may not be entertained for the return based on these attributes.
  • The description of the product either short or long is not liable for the actual product as our content writers are free to come up with creativity and not the sole basis to judge the product.
