Shipping policy

Domestic shipping

  • Indiloom extends Free Shipping on purchase above Rs 3,000 shipping within India.
  • Indiloom ensures to deliver the package with quality packaging within the given time frame. Normally we would dispatch orders within 3-7 days. But in some cases, if it takes a longer time then we would inform you timely.
  • Delivery time depends on courier partners and delivery location. In a few locations, the delivery may take longer than the expected time depending on the accessibility by our logistic partners.  In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. You need to check your emails and SMS for regular updates.
  • Delivery times mentioned are indicative only. In rare cases, deliveries might be delayed due to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide. You need to choose your shipping zone while placing an order.
  • For all international orders, the shipping charges are INR 2500 per product, and if the number of product increases then an additional 500 per piece will be added to it.
  • Final shipping, taxes and handling charges will be mailed/contacted by us on the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.
  • Your purchase will be shipped through a reliable shipping partner. It will take up to 3 weeks (15-25 working days) for your package to arrive. Where some areas may take longer depending on customs and other circumstances.
  • As soon as your package ships, we will email you with the tracking information.
  • For international customers, the VAT/ Import Duties/ Local Taxes are borne directly by the customer, to be paid at the time of delivery. These taxes will be chargeable over and above the product price you pay. These charges are ungovernable as they differ from country to country according to local rules and regulations.
  • If the customer needs the products to be shipped through an express track, we request you to contact us at +91-6289 360 276 or write to us at customer.care@indiloom.com along with the order ID and we’ll do our best to get the product to you.
  • If the express shipment is requested, charges will apply which the customer will be required to pay in the transit invoice. The request is accepted only on the provided contact number and mail id which is +91-6289 360 276 or write to us at customer.care@indiloom.com.
  • Customers are requested to provide an accurate, complete, and valid address and pin code while checking out, as we would not be liable if any incorrect address is provided. Also, no refunds may be claimed by the customer for any delay in delivery of the products, which was caused due to reasons beyond our control.
  • If the order placed by the customer includes multiple products, then we combine them in a single box before shipping takes place. If the customer requires them to be packaged separately, please call us at +91-6289 360 276 or write to us at customer.care@indiloom.com along with your order number. Packaging and shipping the products in individual boxes may incur an additional charge.
