1. Do I get free shipping on my order?

Yes! All orders above 6999rs can avail of FREE shipping.

2. How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will mail you a tracking link.

3. How much time will my order take to ship?

We usually dispatch orders within 7 days of you placing it.

Delivery will take a minimum of 7 to 12 days.

4. What if I need my order sooner than that? (Applicable for domestic &international shipping)

5. Why is there no COD at checkout?

COD is not available currently.

6. Do you ship orders internationally?

We ship internationally.

- Base charges for international shipping start at 2500rs per product.

For every additional product, there will be an extra charge of 500rs per product that will be added
to your cart.

7. Who pays Duty & taxes for international shipping?

Taxing, handling charges, duties & VAT is chargeable over & above the product price & will be shared with you via direct call or mail.

Return Policy FAQs

1. I did not like the saree I bought, and I want to return it.

We apologize that the item you purchased was not to your liking. Unfortunately, we cannot process your return in this case.

2. I bought an item at a discount, but I don’t want it anymore, can Ireturn it?

All the discounted sale items brought with a coupon, and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable & non-exchangeable.

3. I ordered a very specific pattern and colour, and I got something else. Can I return it?

When the product does not match with the image shown in terms of color/fabric/quality/design as shown on the website, we will be happy to have it back. Please read the Return Policy FAQ carefully and initiate a return within 2 days.

4. It’s been a month since I bought a kurta from you, it does not fit me. I wish to return it.

The return should be initiated within 2 days of receiving the product and should return within 7(working) days by contacting our customer care support. We will not be able to process your return if it is any later than 7(working) days after delivering the product.

5. What is the procedure to initiate a return?

To return an order, the Customer must raise the request by contacting our customer care support at +91-6289 360 276 or write to us at customer.care@indiloom.com explaining the issue along with an image of the product.

6. How will I return the items to you?

After the acceptance of the return request, the customer must immediately courier the product to the designated address with standard courier services.

  • The product must be in its original unused condition and sent along with the original bill and tags intact.
  • On the packaging of the product, the customer must mention details such as his/her name, order number, and contact number given above. The original bill/invoice should be included with the product while sending it to Indiloom through a designated courier. Indiloom will not be responsible for any lost shipment from the customer side.

7. My package arrived already opened, what do I do?

If the packaging appears damaged or tampered with, or it is in an unsealed condition then customers are advised not to accept the package. You can immediately get in touch with the customer support executive at Indiloom at +91-6289 360 276 or write to us at customer.care@indiloom.com.

8. I did not expect the fabric to be this hard, I ordered thinking it was alight fabric. I want to return it.

Every product you find on Indiloom is carefully crafted. Some colours may vary according to lighting, angle, and background tone, etc. The descriptions either long form or short are not liable for the actual product. Please understand that our content writers will be a little creative when it comes to descriptions. We will not be able to process a return based on this.

9. I just got my package and my items are damaged, Help!

If the customer receives an Incorrect, Damaged, or Faulty product in the package from Indiloom. Then you should click a picture of that package with the original bill/invoice and send it to our customer support or via email. You must immediately get in touch with the customer support executive at Indiloom at +91-6289 360 276 or write to us at customer.care@indiloom.com.

Refund Policy FAQs

1. I accidentally placed an order, can I cancel it?

Yes, If it has been less than 24hrs you can easily cancel it.

If there is a delay in dispatch from our end, due to unavoidable circumstances, you are free to cancel the order.

In the above cases the amount will be refunded to you in 3 to 4 business days.

2. I have returned my item, why didn't i get my refund?

- All returned items will be inspected.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your canceled item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If your request is approved, then the refund will be processed, and you will get your refund back as per your original payment method. We also provide a credit note instead of a refund under the acceptance of the customer to use that credit on your next purchase. This credit note will be valid for 3 months.

3. I don’t understand why my return was rejected.
